1) Do you rent bridal lehengas or only sell them?
KSM offers both sales and rentals on select bridal lehenga sets; rentals require a refundable security deposit, ID proof, and adherence to return timelines noted on the booking receipt. Advance booking is advised during peak season to secure preferred colors and sizes.
2) Can blouses and lehenga fits be altered?
Yes—minor alterations like sleeve adjustment, blouse margins, and lehenga waist/length are supported; rental outfits allow only non‑permanent adjustments approved at booking. Turnaround times vary by season, so early trials help avoid rush surcharges.
3) What is the return or exchange policy on purchases?
Exchanges are considered when items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and retain all tags and packaging within the stated window; customized and altered garments are not eligible. Refunds are limited per policy, while store credit or exchanges may be offered based on condition and timing.
4) How are rental deposits and damages handled?
A refundable deposit is collected at pickup and returned after quality check on timely return; stains, tears, or missing accessories may lead to repair charges deducted from the deposit. Late returns may incur daily fees defined at booking.
5) How early should bridal rentals be booked?
Reserve 2–3 months ahead for wedding weeks and at least 3–4 weeks for off‑season events to allow trials, minor alterations, and dry‑clean cycles; last‑minute requests are handled subject to availability. Share event dates, measurements, and color preferences to speed confirmations.
